Since April of 2000, POS Portal, Inc. has been helping clients set new standards for delivering merchant services. Our industry-leading POS equipment deployment services and on-demand solutions enable our clients to build long-term agent and merchant relationships and drive down costs to maximize the profitability of their merchant portfolios.
We are widely recognized as providing the highest deployment service levels in the industry. We provide equipment deployment services for 8 of the top 40 payment processors, including 2 of the top 10. Our two deployment facilities, located in Sacramento, CA and Louisville, KY, have a combined total of 39,000 square feet and have a capacity to ship 6,000 deployment orders a day. We currently serve the deployment needs of over 700,000 merchant locations.

2000 POS Portal, Inc. founded by Buzz Stryker (President and CEO) and J. Benjamin Smith (CIO).
2001 Introduced the first on-demand CRM system tailored to the acquiring industry
2003 Introduced the first on-demand Sales Automation system tailored to the acquiring industry.
2004 Introduced Online Agent Center and Online Merchant Center platforms.
2005 Introduced the Risk Management module into the OAC and OMC platform.
2006 Established the POS Portal East deployment facility in Louisville, KY.
ADDING VALUE
We offer our deployment clients an on-demand merchant relationship management system that includes: order entry, customer service, and installed terminal management modules. Our deployment service includes a comprehensive set of weekly performance and exceptions analysis reports. We use these reports in partnership with our clients to continuously drive quality improvements through both our processes and our clients' processes.
Separately we offer a suite of on-demand relationship management applications that sales, marketing, customer service, and back-office staff use to sign-up new merchant accounts and provide excellent merchant services. We provide Sales Automation to some of the financial industry's largest companies, the largest of which has 450 billion dollars in assets.
